ABC Photosigns, Part of the ABC Group of Companies, took delivery in May 2021 of not One but Two of the first HP Latex 800 series of printers to be delivered into New Zealand. One of them being an 800W | Yes White Ink people | We are already producing jobs for our competitors who don't have our ability. These devices complement our ultra modern devices already on site.
We had to wait quite a while for these, because of the global shipping problems that are facing this world, but we are already enjoying the benefits of our investment.
The new Latex devices deliver up to 50% higher productivity compared to their previous models. They are built on HP's commitment to sustainable printing. These devices operate at a lower temperature. They use water based inks and HP Eco Carton, a cartridge made with cardboard material, reducing the amount of plastic used by 80%. They print at up to 36 Sq M per hour which probably doesn't mean a lot to you, but for us it means less power used and faster production. aligning with our Procurement Policies.
Like all of our Printers, we are able to monitor their production from our Phones when we go to the Cafe up the road for a Long Lunch | Just kidding we have our own coffee machine and you are welcome to come and sample our Coffee.
Merv our print Guru says "Yeah they are good" which is a lot coming for Merv.
